Been waiting to post a topic on HTC One X and finally I have managed to do it. Here is everything or I should say all the important things to know about this killer Smartphone from the house of HTC. We are sure that HTC One X will impress you and change your outlook on what a super smartphone should be like.
Apple devices seem to have monopolized consumer preferences in the mobile phone department but the Android eco system offers a pretty intriguing selection of smartphones for those willing to try something else than your usual Cupertino branded handsets. So meet the HTC One X, a smartphone that marks a change of dogma for the company who design it.
HTC slowly started to understand that what sounds good in theory – building a device customized for everybody’s taste – doesn’t necessary imply fame and recognition, not by a long shot. So after releasing in the past few years a lot of models, that featured a similar design, it finally started launching in 2012 some remarkable gadgets. HTC One X is one of those gadgets. The new One X perpetuates some characteristic HTC design feats like the round slightly bent structure but adds a brand new design, one that is more modern and will prove to be aesthetically pleasing to a larger segment of consumers.
The HTC One X’s unibody is made of polycarbonate. This combined with an excellent display create a slim device that is very pleasing to view. The device weights 130g so it is incredibly light and subsequently very easy to handle. The display is 4.7 inches wide – just enough to perform all sorts of operations on it, like browsing webpages or just flicking through the recent photographs you’ve taken. The display features 1280×720 pixels which is perfect for viewing videos or photos and streaming 720p materials. Considering that the HTC One didn’t have access to the Super AMOLED technology and just used super LCD 2 instead, the results are better than expected. The viewing angles are excellent, the contrast is optimum and the colors warm.
